Libraries petitioning the state library advisory commission for the establishment of a regional
system of cooperating libraries, or participation in a regional system of cooperating libraries, shall
present to said commission resolutions adopted by the board of trustees or other governing body of each petitioning library which requests approval of such system. Appropriate forms shall be provided by the state librarian. (Authorized by K.S.A. 1967 Supp. 75-2552; effective Jan. 1, 1968.)
