Kansas Library Laws

K.A.R. 54-2-1 Deposit by state agency

The state librarian shall determine the number of copies to be supplied by each state agency in accordance with the needs of the depository system, and shall inform each state agency on a quarterly basis as to any change in the number of copies needed. (Authorized by K.S.A. 1976 Supp. 75-2568; effective Feb. 15, 1977.)
